  5.    1. All copyrights to FHost, FHost2, FHostNt, FHConfig and FHUtil are
  6.       exclusively owned by the author - Michael Raith.
  7.       In the following FHost, FHostNT and FHost2 are considered identical.

  9.    2. Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to
  10.       use his registered version on one computer (i.e. a single cpu)
  11.       at a time.  The registered FHost may not be rented or leased.
  12.       The keyfiles must not be passed on to others or be reverse
  13.       engineered.

  15.    3. The FHost distribution archive may be freely distributed
  16.       without the keyfiles, provided the distribution package is not
  17.       modified. You may pack the entire archive into another archive.

  19.    4. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of
  20.       FHost without written permission from the copyright holder.
  21.       No person or company may charge a fee from the players in a
  22.       game if FHost is in use.

  24.    5. FHOST, FHOST2, FHOSTNT, FHCONFIG AND FHUTIL ARE DISTRIBUTED "AS
  25.       IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  YOU USE
  26.       AT YOUR OWN RISK. I WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES,
  27.       LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING
